VAT, customs and import taxes

When making purchases from the European Union, please be informed that we are using the IOSS scheme.  

Order value less than 150 EUR (without postage price): You won't have anything else to pay at delivery

Order value more than 150 EUR (without postage price): please be informed that you will be liable for VAT and import fees. These fees will be requested upon delivery and remain solely your responsibility. You can place two separate orders to avoid those additional fees.

 

What is the IOSS Scheme?

The IOSS allows suppliers and electronic interfaces selling imported goods to buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities, instead of making the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU. 

IOSS applies only to consignment of goods of an intrinsic value not exceeding EUR 150 (without postage price).

Tracked shipping

The tracking number will be sent to you by email at the time of shipment.

Shipping origin

Orders for Canada and the US are shipped from Canada.

Orders for Switzerland, Europe and the rest of the world are shipped from Switzerland.

Please note that the shipping origin can sometimes vary depending on the available stock at the local warehouse.

The processing time depends on the product, please see each individual product for processing time information.
